ORDERING INFORMATION
All prices are subject to change without notice. Many items are hand
made by individual artisans and may be out of stock from time to time.
If you want to insure that we have something, it is a good idea to
contact us as to availability. Normally, we will only put a backorder on
items which we expect to be back in stock within 30 days; otherwise we
will refund for out of stock items. Please let us have your phone number
and/or email address in case we need to contact you.

Individual orders must be accompanied by payment in full in US dollars.
Purchase orders are accepted from recognized institutions. Personal
checks will be held 5 working days for clearance. Satisfaction is
guaranteed for all goods. If you are not satisfied, return within 5 days
in its original condition for replacement or refund. Special order items are excluded. Shipping
will not be refunded unless we are at fault.

Special order items are not stocked. We require a 50% deposit and
delivery will be from 6 to 8 weeks. Confirmation of estimated delivery
will be made in writing. Balance must be received before shipment is
made. Maryland residents must add correct state sales tax, currently 6%.

Please include handling and shipping costs as follows for the 48
contiguous states:
Orders up to $50, $9 east of the Mississippi, $12 west

Over $50 to $350, $14 east of the Mississippi, $17 west

Over $350, we pay, unless you have a really heavy order.

Normally, we ship by US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. However
for larger shipments we may use UPS or FEDEX. So if you have a post
office box, it is a good idea that you supply full street shipping
address as well, as these carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

For shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact us for shipping costs prior to placing an order. If you receive damaged goods, save the box and packing and promptly notify the carrier. They are responsible for handling any claim. Do not return such goods to us without contacting us first.

	Take note that this is an online catalog. If you are paying with a check or Money Order, please print out the order form & mail it to us with your payment. If you prefer to order using a credit card or Paypal, just email a list of the items you want. We will then send you an invoice which you can pay using your PayPal account OR your credit card.
